Now let's see how to make 1 N and 1M H2SO4 from 98% concentrated H2SO4 . This calculation varies with concentration of H2SO4. Because density varies with concentration of H2SO4 . Now we are having density 1.84 for 98% concentrated H2SO4. If you are going to use less concentrated H2SO4 then first find out density of it then put that value in below formula instead of 1.84 H2SO4 is liquid, so at first we need to convert H2SO4 molecular weight (gm) into volume (ml) let's use formula density = mass / volume volume = mass of HCl / density 98.08 / 1.84 V = 53.30 ml Here we are making 1M and 1N H2SO4 from 98% concentrated H2SO4. If you are going to use less concentrated H2SO4 then use that percentage value in below formula rather than 98%. Let's use formula 1M H2SO4 (98%) = 53.30 ml [ V ] 100% ...
Sound create just because of vibration of things.
Sound need medium for its propagation. Sound can't propagate in vaccum. Sound can travel through all of three mediums solid, liquid, and gas.
Speed of sound varies with mediums.
1) Solid 2) liquid 3) gas
1)* In case of solids, speed of sound is very fast in glass. ( Nickel=6040 m/s, steal =5960 m/s, iron=5950 m/s)
2)* In case of liquid, speed of sound very fast in sea water. ( sea water=1531m/s)
3)* I case of gas, speed of sound is very fast in hydrogen gas. ( hydrogen gas=1284 m/s)
At normal temperatures speed of sound is= 340 m/s
In dry air speed of sound is =332 m/s.
SOUND TRAVEL IN TWO WAYS
1) Transverse wave = it create when oscillations of wave are perpendicular to the direction of propagation.
2) longitudinal wave = it create when oscillations of wave are parallel to the direction of propagation.
That all happens only because of atoms. It is composition of proton, neutron, and electrons.
And our all surrounding weather is the composition of atoms.
For ex. :
when we speak something means we release some energy. The atoms which are present in the surrounding get that energy, and becomes vibrate. During that vibrations electrons of atoms goes to low energy state to high energy state. After some time atoms release that energy and its electrons again comes to there original position.that released energy carry out by another atoms in form of Transverse or longitudinal waves.
That way sound energy carry out by atoms to atoms
and incident on very sensitive part of our ear called cochlea. Cochlea contain many thousands of sensitive cells that are connected to the central hearing system .that is how we can heard sound.
